Camp Sites Cancellation Policy: Reservations cancelled more than 1 week prior to arrival will forfeit your first nights paid amount. Reservations cancelled within 1 week of arrival forfeit the total amount of your reservation. We do not give credit or refunds for early departures, evictions, weather, or other situations.  the cancellation policy is strictly enforced.

Cabin Cancellation Policy: If cancelled 30 days or more prior to arrival, you will receive a full refund less a $25 processing fee. If less than 30 days of arrival date, you forfeit a $75 processing fee. We do not give credit or refunds for early departures, evictions, weather, or other situations. Please note rental cancellation policies are strictly enforced.

• Can I bring my own firewood?

Yes and no; while we allow guests to bring their own firewood, we do not allow oak if it still has bark on it (due to oak wilt disease). We DO NOT allow guests to burn wood with nails, staples, or metal (so don't bring your old lumber!)

·         REGISTRATION TAGS: Must be visibly displayed on all vehicles.

·         SPEED LIMIT IS 5 MPH AT ALL TIMES FOR ALL VEHICLES

·         ORV’s {side by sides, ATV’s/Motorcycles/Dirt Bikes etc.} are allowed in the park and need to observe the speed limit.

·         Please refrain from revving of engines of all vehicles at any time.

·         Please DO NOT move the fire rings if you have a concern about the position of the fire ring please come to the office and we can discuss it.

·         Please DO Not use the fire ring as a garbage pit, there is a dumpster for your garbage up front.

·         PETS ARE ALWAYS WELCOME but must be on a leash, cleaned up after and closely monitored. Please DO NOT leave your pet at your site unattended if they have behavioral problems and/or will continuously bark.

·         Wastewater must be properly discharged into authorized receptacle only and never discharged onto the ground.

·         Fish Cleaning is allowed at the fish cleaning station only not at your site all fish carcasses must be bagged in garbage bags before disposal into the dumpster.

·         Do not walk-through occupied sites.

·         Generators may be used between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM.

·         NO USE OF: fireworks, firearms, BB guns, sling shots or chainsaws in the campground.

Tippy Dam Campground and Cabins is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items at or around your campsite. This includes your vehicle, RV, tent, boat, ORV etc.
